We want you to love your filament. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery on any unused, unopened filament.

Eligibility

• Filament must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
• Clearance or heavily discounted items may be non‑returnable

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect the returned filament, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
